The native PHP function create_function() was deprecated in PHP 7.2 and removed in PHP 8.0. The Joomla 3.10.12 core does not use it but third party extensions that are not compatible with PHP 8 may use it.
Please go to the Global Configuration and set 'Error Reporting' to 'Maximum' and turn the option 'Debug System'. That combination will display detailed error messages that identify the script and line number where the error occurs, followed by the PHP call stack. Copy and paste those lines into your reply.
